Winter-sports guests directly from the village
centre up to airy heights and the runs lead
almost directly to the hotel doors. The free
Ski buses run in the whole Skicircus and bring tired Skiers back to their starting
point.

Slopes and Free Ski busses
The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm
Leogang is
Austria´s largest connected ski area. If you
want to ski or Board the whole "Skicircus Round"
with it´s wonderful slopes on the North and South
side, you have to get up early! But it´s worth
it! It´s best to start at the family-friendly
Slopes like on the Kohlmais, Bernkogel, Reiterkogel
or Spieleck Area to get you (and your ski´s)
going. Then you are well prepared for the more
"tricky" slopes like the WC-Downhill piste starting
from the "Zwölferkogel"(1984 m height sea level)
or the black run at "Schattberg Nord" (2020 m
height sea level)
If you prefer "gentle carving" or you like
more speed and thrill - the Skicircus offers
will suit everyone! In the whole Skicircus
you can drink, eat and relax at over 40
mountain huts. Try some typical Austrian
specialities like „Kaspressknödel“, „Kaiserschmarrn“ or „Stelzen“.
In the Skicircus of Saalbach Hinterglemm you
can use the Free Ski buss
shuttle service operating
from 9 am till 5 pm to bring you back to where
you started! |

Floodlit
slopes and toboggan runs:
Sunset
does not, however, mean that the skiing day
is over! For those with strength still in their
limbs they can continue in the Fun
parks on the flood–lit
slopes in
Hinterglemm. You can also race down on a
sledge on one of the 5 flood-lit toboggan
runs.
Dance and Party till the sun goes up in
one of the numerous
bars/Aprés Ski places in
the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang! If
you prefer a more quite "after
ski programme",
then take part in the organised torch-lit
walk, a romantic
horse sleigh ride or participate
at a snowshoeing trip.
Sunshine and Spring Skiing:
When the days are getting longer again then
it´s time for the "spring skiers". The Skicircus
Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang is famous for
it´s wonderful "firn" tracks - the spring
season´s motto: Sunshine & Firn! |
